About Gigs
At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.
Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.
Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.
Things We Care About
- Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters.
- Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission.
- Customer Obsession. Our customers' product is our product.
- Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information.
- First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all.
The Role
Gigs is the operating system for mobile services - a platform that powers the next generation of connectivity products. Our partners are not customers. They are fintechs, retailers, and B2B SaaS companies who embed our platform into their own products and ship it to millions of end users. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you'll own and grow our most important European relationships.
This isn't a standard account management role. It's part commercial growth, part customer success, part business strategy. You'll act as a trusted advisor to executives at fast-scaling fintechs, while ensuring Gigs becomes a critical growth lever for their business. Your mission: drive revenue, retention, and long-term partnership value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do
- Own commercial and operational performance across a portfolio of European partners — NRR and compounding ARR are your headline numbers
- Build the financial model for each partner: pricing, unit economics, growth scenarios. Carry it into rooms with partner CxOs and senior leadership
- Work shoulder to shoulder with your partner’s Product team on funnels, app placement, and product surfaces inside the partner's stack - improving the product will be a critical lever of growth
- Successfully sell and run multiple launches per partner each year: new geographies, new product lines, promotions. Coordinate Implementation, Partner Marketing, Legal, Support and Connectivity to ship them
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, use cases, and KPIs. Anticipate needs, surface risks, and guide them as they scale into new markets and geographies
- Be the internal advocate for what partners need next, and the external advocate for what Gigs is building
- Build trust deep inside partner organisations: with PMs, ops leads, CxOs, and founders
- Balance commercial ownership with genuine customer success — adoption, value delivery, and retention matter as much as the renewal
What We Are Looking For
Must-have
- Commercial ownership. You've carried revenue targets, negotiated contracts, and tracked metrics like NRR, GRR, and ARR. You can build a financial model from scratch and defend it in a room with a CFO.
- B2B2C experience. You've owned relationships with large, complex customers who serve millions of end users — and understand the dual focus on the business customer and their consumers.
- Product depth as a growth driver. You understand how product decisions drive growth — funnels, app placement, and how a PM is targeted for consumer conversion. You can hold your own in a product conversation, and you've influenced a partner's product direction in service of growth outcomes. Not implementation depth — but genuine product fluency.
- Multi-stakeholder complexity. You have a track record of managing partner or customer relationships that span PMs, ops leads, CFOs, and founders simultaneously. Not transactional account management.
- Fintech experience. You've partnered with fintech or financial services companies and can navigate regulatory complexity, integration depth, and the pace of innovation in this industry.
- Emotional intelligence and influence. You can build trust with C-level stakeholders, navigate tough conversations with empathy, and drive alignment across complex organisations.
- Builder mentality. You know what it takes to thrive in a fast-scaling company where playbooks are still being written. You bring agility, creativity, and genuine comfort with ambiguity.
