Strategic Partner Manager – Gaming Partnerships
Location: Hybrid - London, 3 days onsite
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £80,000 - £88,000 / per annum doe
Are you passionate about the gaming industry and experienced in building strategic partnerships? We're hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to join the Gaming Partnerships team of a global technology company. In this role, you'll work with leading game developers across the EMEA region, helping them grow their presence on one of the world's largest gaming platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with leading game developers and content partners.
- Advise partners on platform features, best practices, and growth opportunities to maximize their success.
- Drive adoption of new platform capabilities and product features across partner accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance teams to support partner initiatives.
- Analyse business performance, partner metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the platform in meetings with senior partner stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the gaming ecosystem.

Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including mobile gaming and developer ecosystems.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand platform features and communicate them effectively to partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
