About the role As a Strategic Partner Pre-Sales & Success Manager at viva.com, you will play a highly visible role across the full customer lifecycle — from discovery and solution shaping through implementation, go-live and long-term growth. You will work with strategic merchants, internal sales teams and product stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that make a real impact. What you will doLead implementation and project delivery Scope strategic account opportunities and define tailored project requirements Produce Statements of Work and guide projects from onboarding through to go-live Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep implementations on track Maintain clear visibility of project milestones, dependencies and key decisions Ensure testing, pilot phases and readiness checks are completed before launch Help deliver a smooth and high-quality implementation experience for strategic merchants Drive customer success and account growth Own the post go-live success of strategic accounts and support long-term relationship growth Act as a trusted advisor to merchants on integrations, reporting, reconciliation and tailored solutions Identify opportunities to expand the relationship through additional products and services Lead business reviews, monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvement Carry out post go-live evaluations and capture lessons learned Work closely with internal teams to align on shared growth opportunities across markets Shape product improvement Share feedback and feature suggestions based on strategic account needs Support the Product team with clear business and technical input Help influence future solution development based on customer and market requirements Experience in pre-sales, customer success, implementation or project management within payments, fintech or a related technology environment Strong ability to manage complex client conversations and cross-functional stakeholders Commercial awareness with the confidence to support enterprise-level opportunities Experience working with tailored solutions, integrations or strategic accounts Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A consultative, customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset What would make you stand out Experience supporting strategic or enterprise merchants Knowledge of payment solutions, integrations or merchant acquiring A track record of helping grow customer relationships after implementation Experience working closely with product and technical teams to shape solutions Performance-related bonus scheme.
