Job Description
As the first commercial hire in the Customer Success team, you will lead high-stakes relationships with FTSE 100 companies. You'll manage end-to-end robot deployments, optimize operational metrics, and work directly with the founders to scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring field presence and strategic problem-solving to revolutionize manual labor across the UK.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and operations of robots on customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high satisfaction for key FTSE 100 accounts.
- Collaborate daily with the C-suite on deployment metrics and operational status while proactively identifying and pursuing commercial growth opportunities within accounts.
- Bridge the gap between the field and HQ by translating customer insights into actionable product improvements with the engineering and product teams.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of providing "white-glove" service to customers, ideally from a background in consulting, venture capital, sales, or high-growth startups.
- Self-motivated problem solver comfortable building processes from scratch, including contracting, account strategy, project management, and high-quality presentation design.
- Highly flexible and willing to travel within the UK, including supporting onsite operations during early hours to understand the messy reality of customer environments.
