๐Ÿ“ Location: London, UK (Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite at Brock Street Office)
๐Ÿ“… Contract Duration: 12 Months
โฐ Working Hours: 40 hours/week
๐Ÿ’ฐ Bonus: 15% Company Bonus
๐ŸŒ Travel: Occasional business travel across Germany and other European countries may be required.
๐Ÿš€ Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join a leading global technology company and play a key role within the Gaming Partnerships team. If you're passionate about the gaming industry, enjoy building strategic partnerships, and have experience working with developers or digital platforms, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across the EMEA region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with leading gaming developers and content partners.
  • Help partners maximize the value of gaming platforms by driving feature adoption and platform growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding partner goals and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze business performance, partner metrics, and industry trends to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across the gaming ecosystem.
  • Represent the gaming partnerships team in meetings with senior partner stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • โœ… 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Partner Management, or Account Management.
  • โœ… Strong understanding of the gaming industry and how game developers operate.
  • โœ… Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • โœ… Technical aptitude with the ability to understand platform features and work effectively with technical teams.
  • โœ… Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • โœ… Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • โœ… Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within the gaming or mobile gaming industry.
  • Ability to manage complex strategic partnerships.
  • Experience identifying industry trends and driving business growth.
  • Exposure to AI tools or technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
