About The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partnerships while bringing them to life through engaging campaigns, digital content, webinars, networking events, and proactive partner engagement.
You'll use your creativity to produce high-quality marketing materials that encourage engagement, strengthen partner relationships, and generate commercial opportunities. At the same time, you'll work closely with our Business Development team to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and Grow Strategic Partnerships
- Develop strong relationships with strategic partners and industry associations.
- Understand partner objectives and identify opportunities to increase engagement and commercial value.
- Create structured engagement plans that strengthen long-term partnerships.
Generate Commercial Opportunities
- Identify and qualify opportunities within partner memberships and networks.
- Build and develop early-stage opportunities before handing them over to Business Development.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to maximize conversion into revenue.
- Maintain ownership of the commercial pipeline generated through strategic partnerships.
Plan and Deliver Events
- Coordinate webinars, networking events, and partner initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- Manage invitations, registrations, presentations, and post-event communications.
- Support hosting and moderating digital events using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Use every event as an opportunity to increase engagement and generate new business opportunities.

Measure Success
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve content, campaigns, and partner engagement.
Create Engaging Marketing Content
- Produce compelling content for emails, blogs, newsletters, social media, web pages, and partner communications.
- Develop sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and marketing materials that support partner activity.
- Design eye-catching visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining Leyton's brand and tone of voice.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking and is excited by the opportunity to influence business growth.
You'll ideally have:
- 18 months+ of professional experience
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, or marketing campaigns.
- A creative eye with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset and the confidence to identify opportunities within existing relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
