About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. The Strategic Partnerships Executive is an exciting role that manages and maximises the commercial value of our strategic associations. This role is responsible for creating, developing, and progressing opportunities from already established partner relationships, ensuring that strategic partnerships actively contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth. This is a commercial role, not an administrative or support function. It owns the front end of the commercial process within existing memberships, turning engagement into measurable business outcomes. At the same time, you'll work closely with our Business Development team to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities that also contribute to revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Partner Account Management

  • Own the day-to-day commercial management of a portfolio of strategic associations
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner priorities, member needs, and commercial opportunities
  • Create and execute structured engagement plans to maximise partner value

Opportunity Creation & Pipeline Ownership (Primary Responsibility)

  • Identify, build, and progress opportunities within existing memberships and partner networks
  • Proactively engage membership base and partner relationship to uncover commercial needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Own the early-stage pipeline development process: Identify → qualify → develop → progress
  • Maintain clear ownership of pipeline generated from strategic partnerships
  • Ensure opportunities are commercially viable, well-qualified, and actionable

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
