We are seeking a commercially minded and relationship-focused Strategic Partnerships Manager to help shape and grow Fenwick's partnership portfolio, driving revenue generation, strengthening brand partnerships and delivering impactful collaborations that support our wider business objectives.

About the Role

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving Fenwick's partnership strategy, identifying and developing commercial opportunities that generate revenue, enhance brand awareness and support the continued evolution of the business. Working closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Marketing & Communications, you will manage a pipeline of prospects and partnerships, delivering measurable results against ambitious commercial and brand objectives.

The role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with brands, agencies, rights holders and external organisations to create impactful collaborations that resonate with customers and deliver mutual value. From developing partnership proposals and negotiating commercial agreements to overseeing delivery and performance, you will help bring innovative partnerships to life that strengthen Fenwick's position in the market and create memorable customer experiences.

Working cross-functionally with teams across Buying, Marketing, Digital, Retail and Finance, you will ensure partnerships align with wider business priorities and deliver clear return on investment. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and relationship-focused individual to shape high-profile collaborations, unlock new revenue streams and contribute to the growth of one of the UK's most iconic retail brands.

What we are looking for in a candidate...

  • Experience of delivering an impactful, forward thinking brand relevant partnership strategy.
  • Motivated, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Deep understanding of how Brand and Marketing works
  • Strong communicator, influencer, and educator of partners both internally and externally and across functions
  • Strong networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, credible dealing at all levels including Executive
  • Excellent negotiator.
  • Highly competent in developing and delivering presentations.
