An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR leader to join a large, values-driven organisation undergoing strategic transformation and change. We are seeking a commercially minded and highly credible Strategic People Partner to work closely with senior leaders, providing expert guidance across organisational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management. This is a business-critical role that offers the opportunity to influence senior decision-making, support complex organisational challenges, and contribute to the delivery of a long-term strategic vision.

Reporting into a senior People leadership team, you will partner with executive and senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio, supporting the delivery of people strategies that enable organisational success. Key responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and Executive stakeholders
- Leading organisational change, restructuring and transformation initiatives
- Supporting strategic workforce planning and resource management
- Managing complex employee relations and consultation activity
- Building productive relationships with recognised trade unions and employee representatives
- Providing expert guidance on organisational effectiveness and people strategy
- Coaching and influencing leaders through periods of significant change
- Supporting the delivery of wider organisational objectives and long-term strategic plans
Profile
We are interested in hearing from experienced HR professionals who have operated within large, complex organisations and have a proven track record of delivering people-focused change.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in strategic HR business partnering
- Expertise in organisational change and transformation programmes
- Strong workforce planning and organisational design capability
- Experience managing consultation processes and stakeholder engagement
- Strong employee relations knowledge, including working with trade unions
- Exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills
- The confidence and credibility to operate at senior leadership level
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
