Strategic Planner – InfluencerMarketing.ai
About the Role
InfluencerMarketing.ai is building the next generation of influencer marketing, social intelligence, and AI-powered marketing solutions for brands, agencies, and enterprise teams. Our platform helps companies understand cultural trends, identify the right creators and communities, build smarter strategies, and execute campaigns with greater speed, scale, and precision.
As our services team grows, we’re looking for a Strategic Planner who can translate data, insights, client goals, and platform capabilities into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
This is a role for someone who combines analytical rigor with creative vision, understands brands, creators, communities, content, and culture, and can connect these pieces into a compelling, client-focused plan.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Build strategic plans for influencer marketing, creator-led campaigns, social intelligence, community engagement, and broader social marketing initiatives.
- Translate client challenges into briefs and commercial opportunities for InfluencerMarketing.ai.
- Develop clear strategic frameworks, including:
- Audience insights
- Campaign objectives
- Key messages
- Creator strategy
- Platform recommendations
- Measurement approach
- Identify optimal strategic direction based on:
- Client goals
- Market context
- Audience behavior
- Available data
- Align influencer marketing with broader business and brand objectives.

Research & Insights
- Analyze client industries, competitors, target audiences, trends, creators, communities, and cultural conversations.
- Leverage internal data and platform tools to uncover actionable insights.
- Turn raw data into clear, compelling narratives that explain:
- What matters
- Why it matters
- Client action steps
- Support development of:
- Strategic POVs (points of view)
- Trend reports
- Campaign concepts
- Client-facing recommendations
Campaign Planning
- Partner with campaign, creative, and client teams to refine execution plans.
- Define:
- Creator profiles
- Content territories
- Audience segments
- Campaign themes
- Messaging pillars
- Activation ideas
- Ensure strategic alignment from brief to execution.
- Assist in pre-sale and post-sale planning with strategic recommendations for new and existing clients.
Client-Facing Strategy
- Contribute to:
- Client presentations
- Proposals
- QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Strategy decks
- Planning documents
- Communicate strategic thinking in a way that is:
- Simple
- Persuasive
- Actionable
- Help clients grasp how influencer marketing, social intelligence, and AI tools align with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with account and sales teams to enhance strategic storytelling.
