Strategic Planning Account Director
About the Role
We are seeking a Brilliant Strategic Planning Account Director to join our tight-knit Strategic Planning team, which specialises in behaviour change briefs for the public and private sector. In this role, you will lead the development and management of behaviour change campaigns across a diverse range of public sector initiatives. Your work could include:
- Saving lives: Encouraging blood donations
- Preventing harm: Stopping people from falling victim to scams
- Protection & public safety: Recruiting police officers
Responsibilities
This role combines traditional media planning with strategic thinking and client management, offering an opportunity to:
- Analyse and uncover insights from complex data sets
- Design and lead campaign strategies backed by robust evidence
- Engage directly with clients, delivering exceptional service
- Balance creativity and analytics while working across both digital and offline channels
