You will engage in supplier negotiations, manage contracts, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that contribute to affordable clean energy. Your efforts will drive productivity, quality, and digitalization, making a significant impact on our mission.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Implement commodity strategies and define local/regional material field strategies for non-pooled commodities.
  • Plan negotiations, establish awarding strategies, and prepare sourcing board approvals while aligning with pooling opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts at local, regional, or multi-site levels, focusing on pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Manage relationships with assigned suppliers, contributing to the EcoSystem commodity strategy and developing a preferred supplier list.
  • Analyze market trends and leverage insights to optimize procurement strategies while monitoring supplier performance and driving cost-out initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Preferably 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or project management within a complex, global environment.
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and project management skills, complemented by outstanding Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced higher education is preferred.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
