Role: Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategic Projects Team at Giacom.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Projects, you'll play a key role in delivering a portfolio of high-impact initiatives that support our ambitious growth plans. Working on behalf of the Executive Team, you'll lead transformative projects across the business, ensuring successful delivery while helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys navigating complex change, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and seeing projects through from concept to successful implementation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously across a variety of business functions.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success measures with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation and delivery artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring clear and timely stakeholder communication.
- Build strong relationships across the business to drive engagement, collaboration and successful outcomes.
- Identify and track project benefits, helping ensure they are realised and deliver measurable value.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to achieve project goals.
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately while implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of project delivery practices across the organisation.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager within a fast-paced delivery environment.
- A strong track record of successfully delivering transformational business change projects.
- Experience working with technologies such as Connectivity, Mobile, Voice Services, IP Communications and Cloud solutions.
- Strong financial management experience, including business cases, budgeting, forecasting, OPEX and CAPEX management.
- Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of multiple project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Experience using a range of project management tools and systems.
