Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $400K - $550K/yr
About the Role
The Strategic Project Lead, Finance will oversee high-impact financial initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational execution. This role involves translating financial data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization. You’ll manage cross-functional projects with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic finance projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term business goals
- Develop and implement financial models to evaluate project feasibility and return on investment (ROI)
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial project management
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards
