Temp to perm

Reports to the Head of Marketing

The short version

Every job ad promises an extraordinary role. Statistically, most of them are lying. Read on and judge the odds for yourself.

We're Kyra. We work with some of the world's biggest consumer brands, including H&M and SharkNinja, and we are scaling our platform, Kyra One.

Marketing is changing faster than most marketers realise. You already know this. You make content that cuts through. You experiment every week. You use AI as naturally as you use a keyboard, if you still use a keyboard ;)

This is a doing role. You make things, put them into the world, and watch what happens.

You may never have held this title. Fine. You might come from social, creative, community, content or growth. What matters is taste, curiosity and proof your work cut through.

One warning. We move fast, and that is an understatement.

Which is why this role is temp to perm. You start now, on a temporary or freelance basis, and we make it permanent when we both know it works. You'll need to be immediately available, or close to it. Prove it in the room, then make it yours.

What you'll do

  • Everything this team makes serves one purpose: bringing the right brands closer to Kyra. You'll feel that in every brief.
  • Create content that earns attention. Video, social, email, events, landing pages. You produce it yourself: shoot, edit, caption, brand, publish. You make it, you ship it, you own how it performs.
  • Experiment constantly. Reach and attention are your laboratory. Hypothesis, ship, read the result, go again. Small bets, fast cycles.
  • Work AI-first. Research, draft, edit, analyse, automate. Runway for video, ElevenLabs for voice, CapCut for edits, Canva for speed, and whatever launched last Tuesday. You love the feeling of AI as your coworker, there to accelerate you.
  • Take us into the room. Meetups, webinars, live moments. A room full of the right people beats another post in the feed. You deliver end to end: speakers, suppliers, promotion, the on-the-day scramble. You build real relationships along the way, because this industry runs on them.
  • Muck in. Support campaigns and launches, and go wherever the company needs you. Keep our socials alive with work that sounds like us. Sideways is a direction here. A job description can only list what we've already thought of. The best opportunities hide in the ambiguity, and you treat finding them as the fun part.
  • Report on what matters. Track what you ship, what it did, and what it turned into. Reach means little without response. Response means little without leads. You know the chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • You have taste. You know content. A TikTok and Insta aficionado, you know how culture moves, why one Reel lands and another dies, and you can defend the call. Chronically online, with a voice of your own.
  • An explorer. You pull things apart to see how they work. You follow the people inventing what comes next, and you try their ideas the same week.
  • A maker, at scale. One viral video is luck. You can show cut-through more than once, with real reach behind it. Job, side project or personal channels, it all counts, and we'd expect you to have some of your own. We will ask to see it, and how you did it.
  • An achiever. High energy, big vision, and the only thing bigger than your vision is your follow-through. You aim bigger than the brief, then work backwards to what ships this week.
  • AI-immersed. You use AI every day, prompt well, chain tools together, and have opinions on which models are good at what. You still write plainly yourself: punchy, human, jargon cut on sight.
  • Biased to action. Zero to one is your home turf. Rough version today beats polished next month. And you're organised with it: multiple projects in the air, none dropped, real pride in the detail.
  • Unafrraid of metrics. Numbers steer you. Attention that goes nowhere is just noise you made. Every miss teaches you something, and you are hungry to learn.
  • Here for a reason. A burning desire to be part of an ambitious company that means something. You want your work to matter, and you want to see it matter.
