About This Opportunity

About Ethos

Ethos matches people to economic opportunity in the age of AI. We serve foundational AI labs, institutional investors, consulting firms, and Fortune 500 companies — connecting them with domain experts through autonomous research agents that deliver validated insights in minutes, not weeks. Backed by General Catalyst, 8VC, Conviction, Common Magic, and Interface, alongside world-leading AI researchers and finance leaders.

Small team. Flat hierarchy. High ownership. We build first, experiment rapidly, and automate every process after mastering it once. We lead with taste, clarity, and empathy. We are looking for winners with a heart of gold.

The Role

You will run the end-to-end pipeline that delivers expert talent to our foundational AI lab clients — from recruiting and screening through matching and data production. These clients are building the most advanced AI systems in the world, and they need precisely the right people with precisely the right domain knowledge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
