Strategic Projects Manager | London (Hybrid) | Circa £55k

Help shape the future of UK advertising
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Strategic Projects Manager to help turn ISBA's most important priorities into reality.

If you're someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, getting things moving and making important projects happen, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, helping teams move from ideas to execution. From external industry events and internal transformation projects to strategic programmes that support our members, you'll be the person helping ensure plans stay on track and momentum is maintained.

You will:

  • Turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable project plans
  • Coordinate activity across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate effective governance, project meetings and follow-up actions
  • Provide clear reporting and progress updates for senior leaders
  • Support the delivery of major ISBA initiatives and flagship events

You'll work closely with project sponsors, and colleagues from across ISBA, helping create the structure, discipline and focus needed to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
