What You’ll Be Doing...
This role will involve working within the Verizon Business group in EMEA. The position requires a self-motivated, ambitious individual who is committed to ensuring the continuation of customer business, defending Verizon Global Enterprise revenues through managing and executing our customer retention strategy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers at the time of contract renewal. The client experience will be in your hands as you engage to drive business success and protect the revenue base.

Responsibilities Will Include
- Achieving sales objectives and targets through working with Verizon Business customers.
- Working with a high volume of customer accounts in a methodical and efficient fashion.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a premium experience for our customers.
- Executing customer offerings and driving deal velocity.
- Presenting proposals to customers, negotiation of winning outcomes for both Verizon and our customers, and assisting in the removal of factors inhibiting contract renewal.
- Managing renewal transactions from customer engagement through to quote and order, while defending Verizon revenue, limiting loss and reducing write-down.
What We’re Looking For...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience of working directly with business customers, with involvement in selling network, communication or cyber security services.
- Experience in securing new business or extending current customer agreements.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience in developing strategic internal and external relationships.
- Experience in managing a virtual team internally.
- Strong communication skills to effectively position proposals.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills, along with the ability to provide accurate forecasts related to contract renewals and the associated financial impacts.
- Calmness whilst working under pressure, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Experience in working with Verizon Business inventory, quoting, ordering systems.
- Experience in utilising AI tools to bring business benefit.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
