The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Customer Success Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and ambassador of change, helping our most strategic customers transform their workplaces. You will act as the architect between our clients operational workflows and the Ubeya platform, ensuring their internal business processes are seamlessly integrated to drive long-term adoption, scalability, and ROI.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a Strategic Partner to our UK Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, comprehensively understanding their business objectives and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. You will be responsible for leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate delivered value and establish alignment on future strategic priorities.
- Market Expansion & Growth: Drive expansion into new markets and industries by identifying opportunities for account growth or upsell opportunities within your portfolio and executing strategies to increase Ubeya's footprint across the UK.
- Identify and execute strategies to expand Ubeya's footprint across the UK, driving account growth and upsell opportunities within your portfolio to penetrate new markets and industries.
- Account Expansion & Revenue: Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth while maintaining a relentless focus on net retention.
- Operational Alignment: Position Ubeya as an essential part of daily operations by aligning our solutions to client business goals, ensuring the platform is configured to mirror their internal processes perfectly.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and the C-suite, ensuring Ubeya remains central to their decision-making processes.
- Platform Mastery & Training: Provide personalized training and support to ensure clients maximize the platform’s potential and stay up to date with new features.
- Customer Advocacy & Health: Monitor client satisfaction and account health through data-driven analysis; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Senior Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success with a focus on UK Enterprise Clients, owning a book of business with a proven track record of meeting net retention and growth targets.
- Executive Presence: Strong work ethic and integrity, with executive project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across the C-suite.
- Tech-Savvy Advisor: A passion for mastering product functionality and experience working with Salesforce and web-based technologies to solve business challenges.
- Startup Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment by acting as an "ambassador of change." This dynamic role requires a versatile individual who can touch the platform in various ways and wear multiple hats to achieve success.
- Industry Context: Experience with UK Enterprise-level accounts or a background in HR/ HRM/ Workforce management is a significant advantage.
