Strategy Partner (Retail Media) – Just Eat Ireland
About the Role
The food delivery industry continues to evolve rapidly, and Just Eat Ireland is seeking a highly driven Strategy Partner (Retail Media) to accelerate the adoption of our Unified Top Rank (UTR) platform and Partner Plans across our restaurants in Ireland.
This is a fast-paced commercial role focused on:
- Maximising partner visibility, performance, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency
- Driving adoption and expanding spend through strategic sales engagements
Location: Hybrid (3 days in Dublin office, 2 days remote) Reports to: Head of Strategic Planning & Analytics
Key Responsibilities

Grow partner adoption & spend:
- Engage with key restaurant partners via outbound calls and digital channels to promote UTR and customised Partner Plans.
- Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how marketing investment can increase:
- Orders
- Discoverability via Just Eat’s retail media platform
- Customer reach
- Identify opportunities to upsell marketing budgets while supporting partner retention.

Drive revenue targets:
- Own revenue growth in your region through:
- New sales prospecting
- Retention of existing partners
- Upselling Just Eat’s advertising solutions for UTR adoption, partner spend, and revenue increase.

Manage the sales pipeline effectively:
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
- Balance multiple conversations and partners while ensuring high-quality consultative interactions.

Analyse performance & provide data-driven insights:
- Evaluate partner data (visibility, order trends, ad effectiveness).
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimise partner ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Collaborate with teams:
- Work closely with Account Management and Strategic Accounts to align strategies and refine sales & retail media propositions.
- Contribute to improving sales processes and provide insights on regional commercial trends.

- Maintain accurate tracking of regional performance, pipeline, and key trends.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or advertising sales, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
