Strategic Sales Executive | Aokah

Own the Mission. Shape the Category. Move with Agility.

Location - London (Remote)
Function: Sales & Revenue Growth
Reports to: CEO
Role Type: Full-Time | Individual contributor

The Mission

To reimagine the $100B+ Global Capability Center (GCC) market by enabling companies to plan, set up, and scale GCCs through a Human + AI-powered platform that drives faster execution, smarter decisions, and greater resilience.

Why This Role Exists

We're looking for a founding individual contributor who thrives in a zero-to-one environment. Partner directly with the CEO to build pipeline from scratch, shape our go-to-market strategy, and close early enterprise deals while introducing a new approach to GCC, outsourcing, and Global Business Services (GBS). You'll have the autonomy to move fast, direct access to leadership and the board, and warm introductions from trusted partners. Bring in the first major deals, drive structured enterprise selling, and set the gold standard for how we win in-market.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt & Close: Build pipeline from scratch and drive deals end-to-end:
    • Identify target accounts
    • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and network
    • Book and run meetings
    • Close deals independently
  • Sell to Enterprise Buyers: Engage with:
    • C-Suite Executives
    • Heads of Sourcing / Procurement
    • Operations / GBS / Shared Services leaders
  • Consultative Selling: Position solutions around:
    • Cost optimization
    • Operational efficiency
    • Transformation outcomes
  • Drive the Flywheel: Work closely with the CEO to shape early sales strategy and market approach
  • Strategic Selling: Guide complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (5–10+), aligning on operational risk, vendor complexity, and global execution needs.
  • Solution Positioning: Tailor Aokah’s Human + AI platform to address specific enterprise needs across site selection, talent access, and delivery setup.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to build demos and proposals grounded in customer reality.
  • Shape GTM Feedback Loop: Feed field intelligence back into pricing strategy, product features, and messaging.
  • Partner Co-Selling: Work alongside strategic partners like Mphasis to initiate and accelerate deal momentum.
  • Own the Process: Keep every opportunity organized and transparent-nothing falls through the cracks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
