About the Role

The Strategic Solution Sales Executive develops and executes sales strategies for our Service Collection (ITSM, ESM, Customer Service Management) within our largest accounts across the Southern European region.

This role involves:

  • Leading as a customer champion, feeding insights back to Product & Engineering to enhance the customer experience
  • Owning a designated territory of accounts in Southern Europe
  • Collaborating closely with Strategic Account Executives, Solution Engineering, Channel Partners, Product, and Marketing

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop & execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across named strategic accounts
  • Act as a ****knowledge leader in Service Management industry trends, shaping sales strategies and Atlassian’s positioning in the market
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and propose value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partner teams to align and explore co-selling opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role on day one, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in selling to large strategic accounts
  • Hands-on ITSM, ESM, and Customer Service Management sales experience
  • Experience in selling within the French region
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and the competiive landscape
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet/reach revenue targets
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French (Spanish is a high-value asset)
