Grade: 11 Salary: £60,340 – £65,483 per annum Hours per Week: 36.25 Tenure: 24-month fixed-term contract Closing Date: 26/07/2026

- Define and enforce high-level governance, assurance, and delivery standards.
- Balance strategic planning with executional leadership, guiding projects from early design through construction completion.
- Operate at the nexus of strategy, construction, operations, and public service delivery.
