Your role demands strategic leadership combined with hands-on project delivery—ensuring projects of varying scale are aligned, governed, and delivered effectively within cost, time, and quality constraints.

This is not a conventional programme management position. You will:
- Lead a multi-million-pound capital programme across a busy, live-operational emergency service estate.
- Hold portfolio-level accountability for both minor works and major capital schemes.
- Define and enforce high-level governance, assurance, and delivery standards.
- Balance strategic planning with executional leadership, guiding projects from early design through construction completion.
- Operate at the nexus of strategy, construction, operations, and public service delivery.
