At Vanta
Our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
As a founding member of Vanta’s Venture & Startup Partnerships team in EMEA, you will help build and scale our presence across the London startup and VC ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Strategic Venture Capital Partnerships Lead, you’ll play a key role in engaging founders, supporting VC and accelerator relationships, and driving Vanta adoption across early-stage companies.
This is an early, high-impact hire and the first Venture & Startup Partnerships role in EMEA. You’ll be on the ground building relationships, hosting events, and working closely with Sales and GTM teams to make Vanta the default trust and compliance platform for startups as they grow.
At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. We believe security should be continuously monitored and easy to prove. While security experience is helpful, many successful Vanta'ns have come from non-security backgrounds — curiosity, energy, and strong execution matter most.
This role sits within Vanta’s Demand & Growth organisation, where you’ll help translate our global venture strategy into strong local execution across EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Vanta
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
