About the Role

As the first Venture & Startup Partnerships hire in EMEA, you’ll report directly to the Strategic Venture Capital Partnerships Lead and play a key role in strengthening Vanta’s presence within the London startup and VC ecosystem. This is a high-impact, early-stage hire—you’ll build relationships, host events, and collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Marketing to establish Vanta as the default trust and compliance platform for startups.
Vanta’s mission: Secure the internet and protect consumer data—continuously measured, easily proven.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll translate our global venturing strategy into bespoke execution across EMEA, with a focus on:
- Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engage with London’s startup ecosystem, forging connections with founders, operators, VCs, and accelerators.
- Partner Support: Assist existing VC and accelerator partnerships through enablement, introductions, and portfolio engagement.
- Founder Attraction: Drive adoption through events, workshops, office hours, and 1:1 executive briefings.
- GTM Collaboration: Support Sales/SDRs and Marketing by converting ecosystem engagement into revenue pipeline.
- Program Execution: Continuously refine and execute structured partner programs, including onboarding, deal support, and events.
- Representation: Speak on behalf of Vanta at demo days, investor meetups, and ecosystem events across London/EMEA.

What Success Looks Like
Your impact will be measured by: ✅ Ecosystem Penetration: Strengthening Vanta’s visibility and demand among early-stage founders. ✅ Pipeline Generation: Helping Sales convert Vanta adoption into commercial opportunities. ✅ Relationship Cultivation: Deepening connections within the London VC and accelerator landscape. ✅ Program Ownership: Running structured events and initiatives with minimal oversight. ✅ Scale Readiness: Positioning for global growth as EMEA’s first operational hire.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for entrepreneurs, partnerships professionals, or revenue contributors with:
- 3–5 years of experience in startups, venture capital, accelerators, partnerships, business development, or early-stage sales.
- Deep familiarity with London/Hyperprize’s startup ecosystem (bonus: if you have existing relationships with EMEA VCs/startups).
- A high-energy, relationship-first attitude—you thrive in fast-paced environments, love meeting founders, and genuinely enjoy driving momentum.
- Opportunity thinking: You understand how partnerships accelerate pipeline and growth.
- Channel collaboration: Ability to translate value to founders, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Execution mindset: Comfortable running programs, tracking outcomes, and amplifying outcomes with AI-driven insights.
- Hybrid flexibility: Must be available for in-person work 3 days/week in London (hybrid/wfry Сейчас Role).
