Are you passionate about Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? Do you live and breathe social media content and creator culture? Dream of shaping strategy for some of the world's biggest brands and most exciting creators? If yes, we should talk. At GIFTA, gifting is never just logistics. It is strategy. It is culture. It is the difference between a product that gets posted and one that gets ignored. We need a Strategist who understands that difference at a cellular level.
About GIFTA
GIFTA is the UK's leading influencer gifting company, specialising in authentic connections between brands and creators. Our all-in-one approach manages every element: creator selection, personalised fulfilment, content tracking, and ROI measurement through our advanced platform. Our model is rooted in authenticity, empowering nano and micro creators to share genuine, unscripted stories about brands they love. We have worked with over 170 brands including L'Oreal, Unilever, P&G, Adidas, Kellogg's, Tesco, and Heinz. We pioneered the first chilled and frozen product distribution for influencers. And we are just getting started.
Role Title: Strategist Location: London-based Reporting to: Founder 4-Day Week Company
Overview
This is not a junior role. The Strategist at GIFTA sits at the heart of how we grow: reporting directly into the Founder, leading client strategy from brief to campaign review, and building the thinking that positions GIFTA as the strategic partner of choice for enterprise-level brands. You are someone who spots patterns before they become trends, builds playbooks from what works, codifies what is repeatable, and has the clarity to evolve what is not. You will be a trusted senior voice for clients and colleagues, and a critical part of the commercial engine.
- Growth and Client Strategy
Work closely with the Founder on the enterprise go-to-market strategy, driving GIFTA's next chapter of growth and evolving the agency into a strategic partner for the world's biggest brands. Lead on the creation of the gifting strategy for new clients and provide strategic data and insights to support account planning with existing clients. Shape compelling narratives / proposals for brand and agency partners to show the value of gifting in a brand's wider marketing mix. Be a trusted strategic voice to the client, not running the day-to-day, but someone who understands their business and is always in the room when it matters. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client strategy is reflected throughout delivery. Lead the development of new product and service offerings that expand GIFTA’s proposition beyond gifting, such as feedback panels, data and insight packages and paid amplification strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Audience, Platform, and Culture Insight
Keep a close eye on what competitors are doing, what's buzzing in the creator world, and what’s changing in the landscape, then use those insights to spot new business opportunities that keep GIFTA ahead of everyone else. Keep the team updated with what's coming next, whether it's a new app, a fresh content format, the latest TikTok sounds and hooks, shifting Instagram aesthetics, or changes in how creators approach gifting. Understand how AI-driven tools and content workflows are changing the landscape, and what that means for GIFTA's clients and proposition.
Commercial Acumen and Performance and Reporting
Define KPIs that make sense for gifting: earned content, sentiment, reach quality, conversion proxies, engagement. Build measurement frameworks: what to track, how to interpret it, how to report it back to clients in a way that lands making the data more meaningful for clients. Be involved in end-of-campaign reviews with the account teams, turning performance data into insight and forward-looking recommendations. Connect gifting activity to revenue: attribution logic, uplift signals, cohort behaviour. Advise clients on budget allocation: when gifting alone is enough, and when paid amplification is needed. Bring solid working knowledge of Paid Media objectives and best practice: understanding campaign structures, targeting logic, and performance benchmarks across key platforms, and how paid amplification connects to and strengthens organic gifting and earned content strategies.

The Ideal Profile
You are a strategist who moves between culture and commerce without losing your footing in either. You have at least 5 years experience. You build frameworks and playbooks without losing the creative instinct that made them useful in the first place. You have a track record in influencer marketing, creator economy strategy, or brand partnerships at a senior level. You are collaborative by nature: you give internal teams what they need to over-deliver, and you use their feedback to sharpen your strategy. You are articulate, persuasive, and comfortable in a client boardroom as much as a trend briefing.
