What You’ll Do
As an Agent Strategist, you’ll be the bridge between Sierra’s Agent Engineering and Product Management teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact AI agents handling thousands of customer interactions daily.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with AI Agents
- Collaborate with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, design, and shipping high-quality AI agents that meet business and user needs.

Craft Conversational AI Solutions
- Combine product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights to shape agents capable of complex, human-like interactions.

Advisory & Strategic Leadership
- Be a trusted SME for customers, driving their AI adoption strategies and aligning internal teams with business goals.
- Offer data-driven insights to both clients and Sierra’s leadership.

Own the Agent Lifecycle
- Scope multiple high-visibility projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Bridge gaps between technical teams, customer stakeholders, and leadership with clear, actionable communication.

Continuous Improvement
- Refine agents based on user data, feedback, and evolving business needs.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for strategic, technically fluent professionals with a passion for AI-driven customer experiences.

Communication & Stakeholder Mgmt
- Ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical teams while advocating for complex needs.
- Amplification of customer success stories to inspire team-wide trust and buy-in.

Technical & Operations Acumen
- Deep understanding of software development, AI/ML, and conversational agent architectures.
- Experience with product我也—which scales innovation and operational excellence.

Problem-Solving & Leadership
- Strong analytical mind to uncover risks, root causes, and creative solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, balancing progress against quality and execution.

Required Qualifications
- Degree preferred: Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Or an equivalent practical experience footprint in technical fields.
- Strong management experience especially at the intersection of tech and operations.
Nice-to-Have
- MBA or equivalent with a focus on AI/Tech Strategy.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Product Manager, Technical Consultant, AI Evangelist).
