Location: London / Hybrid Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits Company: Leading Media Organisation
Overview
We are working with a leading media organisation, seeking a commercially minded Strategy Analyst / Strategy Associate to join their growing Strategy function.
This is an exciting opportunity to support strategic initiatives that drive:

The ideal candidate will come from a Big 4, management consulting, or strategy consulting background, bringing:
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured problem-solving capability
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and transformation
- Conduct:
- Market research
- Competitor analysis
- Industry trend assessments
- Analyse commercial, audience, and operational data to identify insights and opportunities
- Build:
- Business cases
- Strategic recommendations
- Executive-level presentations
- Support:
- Strategic planning
- Forecasting
- Performance reporting
- Partner with teams across:
- Digital
- Product
- Technology
- Commercial
- Content
- Operations
- Translate complex data and insights into clear recommendations for leadership teams
- Support:
- Key transformation programmes
- New initiatives
- Partnerships
- Growth projects
- Track market trends and emerging opportunities within the media and digital landscape

Experience Required
- Experience within:
- Big 4 consulting
- Management consulting
- Strategy consulting
- Corporate strategy environment (highly desirable)
- Strong:
- Analytical and commercial skillset
- Ability to solve complex business problems
- Experience supporting strategic projects from analysis through to execution
- Excellent:
- PowerPoint skills
- Excel skills (ability to create high-quality executive materials)
- Strong:
- Stakeholder management skills
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders
- Ability to:
- Structure ambiguous problems
- Develop clear recommendations
- Strong:
- Attention to detail
