Strategy Analyst Specialist
Enterprise EMEA Commercial – Senior Analyst
About the Role and Team
The Enterprise EMEA Commercial team is a high-impact, commercially focused organisation within Global Payments, responsible for driving growth across the largest enterprise clients. The team plays a critical role in shaping strategy, accelerating revenue performance, and ensuring strong alignment across:
- Sales
- Product
- Operations
- Key partners
This is a high-visibility and pivotal role, working closely with senior leadership across EMEA. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in:
- Driving strategic initiatives
- Supporting executive governance
- Enabling data-driven decision making across the Enterprise Commercial organisation
You will be part of the strategy team for Enterprise EMEA, working closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure:
- The Enterprise strategy, priorities, and performance are clearly defined
- Alignment across all areas
- Effective execution
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the center of the business, supporting senior stakeholders while contributing to high-impact initiatives that drive growth.
What You Will Be Doing
Strategy & Growth Execution
- Support the development and execution of EMEA commercial strategy, including:
- Expansion into new countries
- New verticals
- Growth segments
- Drive and coordinate product asks and commercial initiatives to unlock new revenue opportunities
- Support key growth areas across the business

Commercial Performance & Insight
- Lead pipeline and performance analysis for the region
- Provide insight-led analysis to inform:
- Pricing strategies
- Campaigns
- Commercial decision-making
- Track key commercial KPIs and performance indicators
- Drive operational and commercial performance improvement initiatives
Governance, Reporting & Executive Support
Lead preparation and coordination of:
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Ad-hoc business reviews
- Executive reporting
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting, synthesising insights into clear, concise updates for senior leadership
Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
- Build strong partnerships across:
- Commercial
- Product
- Finance
- Operations teams
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on:
- Priorities
- Initiatives
- Performance
- Support planning and coordination of:
- Strategic initiatives
- Workshops
- Leadership activities
- Organise and lead EMEA all-hands meetings and XLT off-site events
What You Will Bring
- Strategy consultancy experience
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate outputs
- Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills:
- Engage senior stakeholders
- Present complex information clearly
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a:
- Commercial
- Strategy
- Operations environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Project management capability, with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
