We're seeking a Strategy Analyst or Consultant (Ways of Working) to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our government client.
Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract, that will require working onsite in London 1-2 days per week. You must also be eligible for BPSS clearance.
Summary
As a Strategy Analyst/Consultant - Ways of Working, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our public sector transformation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful organisational change by applying analytical rigour and strategic thinking to complex operational challenges. You will help shape how teams work, improve processes, and deliver sustainable value through evidence-based recommendations and practical implementation support.
You Will
- Conduct in-depth operating model analysis and design to optimise organisational structures and workflows
- Lead process design initiatives that streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
- Apply project management expertise to deliver transformation programmes on time and within scope
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of the organisation to build consensus and drive adoption
- Support Agile delivery methodologies to ensure responsive and iterative programme implementation
- Develop strategic recommendations tailored to public sector transformation contexts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable plans

Ideally, We'd Like
- Proven experience in operating model design or organisational strategy within a public sector or large complex organisation
- Demonstrated expertise in process design and business process improvement methodologies
- Strong data analytics capability with experience translating data into strategic insights
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery principles and experience working within Agile environments
- Established background in stakeholder management and change communication
- Knowledge of public sector transformation programmes and their unique challenges
- Professional qualification in business analysis, management consulting, or related discipline
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical rigour
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within diverse teams
