Strategy & Creative Partner – Influential UK

The Role

We’re recruiting a Strategy & Creative Partner to lead the strategic and creative function, defining the future of influencer-led brand thinking for Influential UK.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who isn’t content with delivering campaigns—they want to redefine how brands leverage creators for maximum impact.


Responsibilities

As the Strategy & Creative Partner, you will:

  • Lead the strategic and creative voice for Influential UK, shaping and steering cross-client ideas, innovation, and thinking
  • Own the quality and creativity of pitches, dramatically improving win rates for high-value business
  • Ensure our strategic output is consistent, distinctive, and of the highest calibre across key accounts
  • Define Influential UK’s thinking on emerging creators, platforms, and cultural shifts
  • Develop and institutionalise governance, frameworks, and best practices for the strategy function
  • Lead, inspire, and grow our strategy team to excellence
  • Partner closely with Client Services, Activation, and Growth teams to drive commercial success and revenue growth

Key Requirements

  • Proven expertise in influencer marketing strategy and creative leadership, with a deep understanding of performance and return metrics
  • A track record of winning business through outstanding conceptual thinking and storytelling
  • Comprehensive knowledge of creator ecosystems, platforms, and emerging content trends
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams
  • A strong voice on the future of influencer marketing, with bold and confident ideas
