About the Role
As an Ops & Strategy Associate, you will play a crucial role in building robust operational frameworks to support a rapidly expanding claims team. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness and efficiency of claims handling, bridging the gap between front-line operations and product development.
By identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing process improvements, you'll help ensure:
- Faster claims resolutions
- A better experience for insurers and customers

This is an on-site, full-time position in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with claims, operations, and product teams to ensure product decisions meet real claims-handling needs.
- Identify inefficiencies through close work with claims adjusters and data analysis.
- Design, test, and implement process improvements for faster, more efficient claims processing.
- Ensure new processes and tools are successfully adopted by the team.
- Monitor and measure the impact of changes using feedback and operational metrics.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Strong process and workflow analysis skills.
- Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Clear, effective written communication for diverse audiences.
- High ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

- 2-4+ years in front-line claims or operations, including:
- Experience with rolling out new systems or processes.
- Drafting documentation.
- Exposure to basic SQL/BI tools.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
