Ops & Strategy Associate – London, On-site (Full-time)

What You’ll Do
As an Ops & Strategy Associate, you’ll:
- Build robust operational frameworks to support a rapidly expanding claims team, bridging front-line operations and product development.
- Collaborate with claims, operations, and product teams to ensure decisions meet real claims-handling needs.
- Identify inefficiencies through data analysis and closely working with claims adjusters.
- Design, test, and implement process improvements for faster, more efficient claims processing.
- Ensure new processes and tools are adopted by the team.
- Monitor and measure the impact of changes using feedback and operational metrics.

Location: On-site, full-time in London.
Responsibilities
- Optimise workflows for streamlined claims handling.
- Support process innovation in a high-growth environment.
- Drive adoption of new systems and tools across teams.
- Contribute to metrics-driven improvements in claims resolution.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in front-line claims or operations, preferably with:
- Rolling out new systems/processes.
- Drafting documentation.
- Basic SQL/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to startups or high-growth companies.
- Process and workflow analysis expertise.
- Comfort working with data (spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Strong written communication for diverse stakeholders.
- Independent ownership with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
