Strategy Associate/Project Manager - 12-month Contract - Prestigious Financial Services Firm

Miryco are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Strategy Associate / Project Manager / PMO to join a high-performing implementation team. We are Seeking a high-calibre Strategy Associate to join a lean, high-impact strategy team, reporting into the Head of Strategy and working closely with the CFO and CEO. The role offers broad exposure across corporate strategy, M&A, capital raising, investor relations and strategic business initiatives. This will be a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities: Managing the delivery of complex and varied business change projects. Supporting PMO activities including planning, governance, reporting, prioritisation, resource management, financial tracking, and project documentation. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to successfully deliver change. Working closely with clients, external partners, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track. Identifying project risks, issues, and opportunities, implementing interventions where required. Driving consistency in project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks. Championing best practice project management methodologies and continuous improvement through technology and innovation. Supporting the successful delivery of a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives.
