We are recruiting on behalf of our client.
Our client is a global strategy implementation consulting firm that turns clients’ ideas and strategies into results. They do this by focusing on the people side of strategy and in turn, design fun, powerful experiences that have a profound and lasting impact on people and their careers. They inspire new ways of thinking, building critical capabilities and unleashing business success.
They currently have 1 or 2 openings for Consultants within the Strategy Execution practice in the UK. This practice specifically helps organisations turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes by aligning people, processes, and behaviours.

The hybrid nature of the role requires a unique set of skills whereby candidates must be exceptionally curious, articulate, polished, smart, and “salesy”. Yes, you not only deliver the solution but you will usually sell it too. Candidates must also be able to execute a particular approach and model which involves: Sales (securing new business), Development (ability to design workshops and simulations), and Delivery (capability to deliver the solutions in person).
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies: You'll serve as their trusted advisor, collaborating closely to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and opportunities. Your role will involve building strong relationships, gaining deep insights into their businesses, delivering tailored solutions that address their specific needs and identifying referrals for new opportunities. Internally, you'll leverage these partnerships to drive innovation, foster strategic alignment, and continuously enhance the value proposition offered to our clients.
- Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities: Conceptualising and designing solutions & simulations that directly align with organisational strategy and business priorities. You'll leverage your strategic mindset to identify opportunities, develop innovative approaches, and translate them into experiences that drive tangible business impact. Internally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of these solutions & experiences to meet strategic objectives effectively.
- Lead client projects & programmes: You'll be responsible for effectively managing client relationships and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes. Internally, you'll inspire and motivate your team, fostering collaboration, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement to achieve project excellence.
- Facilitate workshops/off-sites and seminars: In collaboration with internal teams across multiple projects and industries. This might be a 10-person Executive team through to 1000s of people at large off-sites, and everything in between.

The Requirements:
- Strong business and financial acumen, combined with proven experience leading client partnerships and shaping strategic solutions, is key. You bring a consultative mindset with the confidence to facilitate at senior levels, translate complex business challenges into creative solutions, and drive commercial growth through trusted relationships. It’s your ability to communicate with impact, present with credibility, and collaborate seamlessly that sets you apart.
- Experience in a consulting or corporate environment, ideally within strategy execution, business transformation, or commercial capability-building work. You’re comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and helping organisations link strategic priorities to meaningful business outcomes.
- Demonstrated business development experience, from identifying opportunities and shaping proposals to winning and growing client partnerships. The role in time will carry a sales target and over the years you will build and manage a book of business.
- Experience leading complex projects or programmes with accountability for deliverables, budgets, and results. You collaborate seamlessly across client and internal teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and impact at every stage.
- Strong business and financial acumen, regularly applied to understand client performance, shape commercially grounded recommendations, and design experiences that connect strategy to results.
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior clients—balancing challenge and support to create genuine partnerships that drive value.
- Skilled facilitator, confident leading strategic conversations and engaging diverse groups—from senior executives to cross-functional teams—in dynamic, outcome-focused sessions.
- Experience conceptualising and developing solutions that integrate strategy, business acumen, and performance improvement—adapting ideas to fit each client’s context.
- Digitally fluent, leveraging emerging tools and technologies (including AI and analytics) to enhance solution design, productivity, and client experience.
- A confident and engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to large, senior audiences and able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling insights.
