The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a French-speaking Strategy Consultant to join a growing international consulting team based in London. This role offers exposure to high-profile strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and multinational clients.

You will contribute to the successful delivery of consulting engagements by analysing business challenges, developing strategic recommendations and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of strategy consulting projects from planning through to execution
  • Conduct business analysis, market research and data-driven problem solving
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple industries
  • Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for senior decision-makers
  • Facilitate workshops and contribute to client meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams on complex business challenges
  • Support the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to junior consultants where appropriate
  • Work within a fast-paced international consulting environment
  • Travel internationally when required

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business consulting, corporate strategy or a similar strategic role
  • Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Master's degree preferred (MBA or technical qualification beneficial)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
  • Additional European languages, including German, Italian or Spanish, would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Salary & Benefits

  • £58,000–£66,000 basic salary
  • Performance bonus of up to 15% (OTE up to £70,000)
