Competitive Salary on Application
Are you a senior strategist who thrives at the intersection of business transformation, leadership engagement and creative communications?
On behalf of an established People Impact Agency in London, we are seeking a Strategy Consultant to spearhead transformation initiatives for major global brands. This agency specialises in driving behavioural change during critical corporate milestones, including strategic shifts, rapid growth, technological disruption and leadership transitions. This is a high-impact position for a consultant who combines analytical rigour with strong relational intelligence.
What's Different About This Role?

In this role, you will act as the strategic link between executive stakeholders, internal creative teams and programme managers. You'll have the opportunity to develop strategic frameworks and see them translated into high-impact employee engagement and communications programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
