Your Responsibilities
At Altman Solon, you will be staffed on small, dynamic teams (usually 3-7 members), working on projects for corporate and investor clients to provide advice on key strategic decisions. These projects are typically several weeks long.
- Project Delivery: You help to deliver successful projects in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) space, taking ownership of a key project workstream.
- Analytical Expertise: You manage complex tasks – from sophisticated market modelling to deep-dive business plan assessments – leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen to address various challenges.
- Insight Development & Communication: You turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights, and deliver compelling presentations to client teams.
- Client Relationship Management: You work directly with the client teams to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Development: You mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
- Firm Building: You actively contribute to Altman Solon’s culture and development by engaging in trainings, committees, and other internal initiatives that strengthen the firm.

Your Qualifications
- Academic Background: University degree and excellent academic record required (MSc or MBA)
- Management Consulting Experience: Ideally, at least 2 years of management consulting experience with exposure to TMT-related projects.
- Industry Passion: Passion for Telecommunication, Media, and Technology
- Exceptional Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities
- Critical Thinking & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven track record of critical thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
