Help shape the future of the Sonic Radioboom Network
We're looking for a creative strategic thinker to work alongside our founder, helping develop new ideas, plan exciting projects and support the growth of our independent online radio and media network.
What difference will you make?
Sonic Radioboom is entering an exciting new stage of development. Alongside our flagship station, we're expanding into additional community radio brands, podcasts and other creative projects.
As our Founder leads the overall vision, we're looking for someone who can act as a trusted strategic partner- helping us evaluate ideas, identify opportunities and develop sustainable plans for the future.
Your contribution will help us build stronger communities, support independent artists and creators, and ensure our growth is carefully planned rather than rushed.
This role offers the opportunity to genuinely influence the future direction of an ambitious volunteer-led media network while working alongside a passionate team that wants to create something lasting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
