Job Location - Riyadh, Saudia Arabia
Purpose
Support the Strategy function by conducting market and competitive analysis, evaluating strategic opportunities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and preparing strategic reports and presentations to enable informed decision-making and guide Business Development priorities.
Key Accountability Areas
Strategy Formulation Support
- Assist in preparing and updating the Annual and 3 - 5 Year Strategic Plans.
- Collect and validate input from business units to ensure strategic consistency and data accuracy.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and new geographies.
- Generate insight reports and executive summaries highlighting implications for the company.
Opportunity Screening & Evaluation
- Support preliminary assessment of new business areas, services, or market entries.
- Prepare initial feasibility studies, SWOT analyses, and opportunity briefs for review.

Financial & Analytical Support
- Build and maintain financial and business models to evaluate potential investments and initiatives.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Initiative Tracking
- Coordinate implementation of approved strategic initiatives across BUs.
- Track performance, highlight risks or deviations, and report progress.
Strategic Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare strategy reports, dashboards, KPIs, and board-level presentations.
- Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with corporate messaging.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Act as liaison between Strategy, Business Units, and Business Development to ensure smooth information flow.
- Support the handover of validated opportunities to Business Development for execution.
Knowledge and Experience
- 8 - 10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, market analysis, management consulting, or financial/business analysis.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
- EPC / Construction-Energy & Utilities (Transmission, Distribution, Renewables)
- Infrastructure Development / FM / Project Development
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Conduct market and competitive research and translate insights into structured recommendations.
- Develop business cases, feasibility models, or financial evaluations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategy reports.
- Work cross-functionally across multiple business units and functions.

Education and Certifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline), Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Master’s in Business Administration is preferred if the Bachelor's degree is in Engineering.
