At Zenith International, we're looking for a Strategy Director (B2B & B2C) to help shape the future of marketing for HP across a diverse portfolio of international markets.

This is a rare opportunity to influence communications planning at a global scale, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping one of the world's most iconic technology brands connect with audiences across both consumer and business environments.
Sitting at the heart of HP's international marketing ecosystem, you'll translate global strategic ambitions into locally relevant communications approaches that drive measurable business results. You'll combine deep audience understanding, communications expertise and commercial thinking to create integrated planning solutions that work across regions, cultures and customer groups.
Responsibilities
ABOUT THE WORK....
You'll lead the development of integrated communications strategies that connect global priorities with local market realities. You'll work across both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring planning approaches reflect different customer journeys, decision-making processes and media behaviours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the adaptation of global strategic frameworks across international markets
- Developing integrated communications and media strategies across B2C and B2B audiences
- Translating business objectives, audience insight and market intelligence into actionable planning recommendations
- Partnering with global, regional and local stakeholders to align priorities and deliver strategic consistency
- Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with activation, investment and specialist teams to ensure plans are effective and executable
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, optimisation and continuous learning across markets
- Championing effectiveness and ensuring communications planning drives measurable business outcomes
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to build strategic capability and planning excellence
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....
We're seeking a commercially minded strategist who is equally comfortable operating at a senior stakeholder level and getting hands-on with planning challenges.
- Significant experience in communications strategy, communications planning or integrated planning
- A proven track record working across both B2C and B2B audiences
- Experience leading communications planning for large-scale international or multi-market clients
- Strong understanding of both digital and offline communications planning
- Experience translating global strategic direction into locally relevant market solutions
- Outstanding stakeholder management and client leadership skills
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and strategic communication abilities
- The ability to navigate complexity across multiple markets, audiences and stakeholder groups
- A strong focus on business impact, effectiveness and commercial outcomes
