About the Role

Stanley House Consulting — representing a global leader in personalised education — is seeking a **visionary Strategy & Execution Director.

This role is tailored for experienced directors, VPs and senior managers (8+ years’ experience) with expertise in education, EdTech, professional services, consulting, corporate operations, or technology. The goal? To drive learning innovation within a fast-growing franchise network.


The Impact You Will Make

  • Partner with the EdTech team in the UK to develop strategy, acting as both a trusted advisor and a vital part of the UK EdTech leadership team
  • Help manage the UK business by owning critical processes, including:
    • Business reviews and planning
    • Setting and refining operational workflows via structured business rhythms and metrics
  • Execute strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and deploy programmes that scale seamlessly
  • Conduct deep business analysis, generating insights to guide Education leadership on priorities and investments
  • Build expertise in optimising processes, ensuring the team operates at maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with key internal teams—HQ Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and Recruiting—to refine joint reviews and strategic planning

What We Look For

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience in education, strategy and operations, or sales operations
  • Proven experience acting as an executive advisor, with a track record of building and managing teams
  • Sharp analytical ability to decode complex data and convert it into actionable business insights
  • Agility to thrive in fast-paced business environments, with strong time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives
  • Strong executive stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to bridge communication between management and technical teams
