Strategy & Growth Consultant (London-based) – Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
You’ll partner with ambitious senior client stakeholders to unlock untapped growth by identifying market opportunities, analyzing business capabilities, and designing scalable strategies. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation and customer-centric innovation, combining hard analysis with soft skills to drive real-world impact.
- Focus areas: propositions, business models, revenue strategies, and organizational execution
- Stakeholders: C-suite leaders, decision-makers, and cross-functional teams
- Location: London (on-site, hybrid flexwelcoming)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate to drive growth-focused outcomes by:
- Market & Opportunity Analysis
- Lead discovery workshops and customer/consumer research.
- Conduct competitive and industry benchmarking.
- Identify macro trends and gaps affecting client growth.

Proposition & Strategy Design
- Craft clear value propositions, revenue models, and go-to-market plans.
- Support client teams in aligning strategy with operational capability.

Workshops & Recommended
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Distill complex insights into actionable presentations, reports, or one-pagers.
- Translate jargon-free recommendations for executive buy-in.

Team & Behavioural Enablement
- Help structure teams and capabilities for execution.
- Advise on ways of working to support new strategies (e.g., agile, behavioural shifts).

Client & Business Development
- Strengthen long-term client relationships via trust-building and visibility.
- Contribute to internal targeting & outreach programs.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and firm growth projects.
Requirements
Technical & Experience
- 1–4 years in strategy consulting, accounting, business growth roles, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Professional services or high-growth organizations.
- Formal education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, science, technologies (advanced degrees optional).
