We are a Strategy (Chief of Staff) team at the core of the business, working closely with senior leadership to execute and refine strategic direction using data. Our team connects:
- Commercial
- Operations
- Finance
- Marketing
Our focus? Ensuring we consistently pursue what matters most as we scale. This role shapes how we communicate performance, inform decision-making, and drive alignment—from all-hands level to board conversations.
About the Role
This position is cross-functional, high-visibility, and results-driven. You will support the Chief of Staff and leadership team by transforming complex business performance into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives—through board decks, internal messaging, leadership updates, and all-hands communications.

Getting Started
- Develop a deep understanding of business model, metrics, and key drivers.
- Build relationships with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, including leadership updates.

Key Goals & Objectives
- Deliver accurate, clear, and timely weekly & monthly business performance reporting.
- Create high-quality board and all-hands materials to drive alignment and enable decisions.
- Effectively *identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Optimise reporting processes—reduce inefficiencies, enhance clarity, and standardise outputs.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships to strengthen data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate business performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Own the creation of:
- Board decks
- Leadership reports
- All-hands presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and shape narratives.
- Support strategic projects and deep dives into key business areas.
- Improve reporting frameworks, templates, and processes.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all reporting outputs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in:
- Strategy
- Management Consulting, or a similar business-facing role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and synthesise data.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—especially in slide decks.
- Experience:
- Working with senior stakeholders to articulate insights clearly.
- Analysing multi-source data for business decision-making.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Technical proficiency:
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Preferred: BI tools (e.g., Sigma).
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset—always seeking "why" and "what next?".
