About the Team

We are a Strategy (Chief of Staff) team at the core of the business, working closely with senior leadership to execute and refine strategic direction using data. Our team connects:

  • Commercial
  • Operations
  • Finance
  • Marketing

Our focus? Ensuring we consistently pursue what matters most as we scale. This role shapes how we communicate performance, inform decision-making, and drive alignment—from all-hands level to board conversations.


About the Role

This position is cross-functional, high-visibility, and results-driven. You will support the Chief of Staff and leadership team by transforming complex business performance into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives—through board decks, internal messaging, leadership updates, and all-hands communications.

Getting Started

  • Develop a deep understanding of business model, metrics, and key drivers.
  • Build relationships with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, including leadership updates.
  • Contribute to all-hands communications and internal materials.

  • Optimise reporting processes—reduce inefficiencies, enhance clarity, and standardise outputs.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to strengthen data-driven decision-making.

  • Translate business performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Own the creation of:
    • Board decks
    • Leadership reports
    • All-hands presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and shape narratives.
  • Support strategic projects and deep dives into key business areas.
  • Improve reporting frameworks, templates, and processes.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all reporting outputs.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in:
    • Strategy
    • Management Consulting, or a similar business-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and synthesise data.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—especially in slide decks.
  • Experience:
    • Working with senior stakeholders to articulate insights clearly.
    • Analysing multi-source data for business decision-making.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
  • Technical proficiency:
    • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
    • Preferred: BI tools (e.g., Sigma).
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset—always seeking "why" and "what next?".
