This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we respond to the changing health and care environment and continue to meet the needs of our patients.
About the Role
As Strategy Lead, you will work on a diverse portfolio of change and transformation programmes, leading and supporting initiatives that range from operational improvement programmes such as winter planning through to major system-wide partnerships and strategic developments, including Neighbourhood Health. You will be well connected to the frontline, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across LAS to redesign services, improve ways of working and ensure the voices of staff, patients and stakeholders directly influence our strategic direction.
This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple programmes simultaneously, build strong relationships across the organisation and wider health system, and make a significant contribution to one of the NHS's most visible and impactful organisations that works pan-London.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy process for the development of initiatives to support transformational change.
- Work effectively with clinicians, managers and staff to develop an environment that promotes continuous service and quality improvement.
- Ensure service development and transformational change is delivered in accordance with national and local performance standards and within a corporate governance framework.
- Prepare briefing papers and reports to the LAS executive management team and senior management team.
- Lead internal and external working groups providing specialist advice, expertise, support and guidance where needed and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- Carry out any other duties as may be required by their line manager, the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and the Deputy Director of Strategy and Transformation.
