What you’ll do
- Lead strategic projects shaping the firm’s future direction
- Analyse market trends, competitors and emerging delivery models
- Build financial models, business cases and implementation roadmaps
- Translate complex analysis into clear, exec-ready recommendations
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business and external advisors
- Support leadership on priority initiatives and operational strategy
- Drive execution of growth and transformation projects

What they’re looking for
- ~6+ years in strategy consulting or similar
- Strong analytical skillset (Excel, modelling, data-led decision making)
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end, not just analysis
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
