What you’ll do

  • Lead strategic projects shaping the firm’s future direction
  • Analyse market trends, competitors and emerging delivery models
  • Build financial models, business cases and implementation roadmaps
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, exec-ready recommendations
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business and external advisors
  • Support leadership on priority initiatives and operational strategy
  • Drive execution of growth and transformation projects

  • ~6+ years in strategy consulting or similar
  • Strong analytical skillset (Excel, modelling, data-led decision making)
  • Experience delivering projects end-to-end, not just analysis
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
