ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to support key client accounts by using data, research, and insights to identify growth opportunities and diversification strategies.

You will develop strategic proposals, create insight-led recommendations, and work with the Commercial Performance team to use data effectively in validating ideas and unlocking new opportunities for clients and the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

  • Support specific client accounts to ensure development, use data, research, insights, and trends, as well as grow the client account looking at opportunities for diversification that truly add value and align with the client’s commercial goals.
  • Develop strategic proposals from client briefs and proactive opportunities by leveraging secondary research, online/subscription resources, desk research, and AI-driven insights to uncover consumer behaviour, market trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead primary research by managing quantitative and qualitative studies, coordinating research partners, overseeing budgets and delivery, and translating findings into clear, insight-led recommendations and compelling client stories.
  • Develop insight-driven client narratives by analysing data, applying critical thinking, collaborating with Commercial Performance, and using AI responsibly to validate opportunities and support client growth strategies.
  • Develop agile, insight-led solutions by creating strategic playbooks, leading proposals and tenders, supporting account growth and post-campaign analysis, and delivering story-first presentations that identify opportunities and drive client success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
