Strategy Manager
Leading UK Banking Client
£80,000–£100,000 | Permanent | Hybrid (London – 1 day per week)
I'm partnering with a leading UK banking client to hire a Strategy Manager into their Commercial & Institutional Technology function.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology and transformation, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy across areas including Digital, Payments, Lending and Customer Operations.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver technology and business strategy.
- Build business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.
- Use data and market insight to influence decision making.
- Act as the bridge between business, product and technology.
- Support high-profile transformation programmes and strategic communications.

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in Technology Strategy, Business Strategy or Transformation.
- A track record of delivering strategic initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services or Consulting is highly desirable.
