Job Description
What is it all about?
The Scheme Management, Strategy & Operations team works across one of the biggest Signature Accounts in the UK&I market, collaborating closely with Account Leadership and Account Executives spanning Consumer Issuing, Business Banking, Private Bank, Commercial Issuing and Acquiring to drive high performance.
- Co-ordinate, create and track strategic account plans; drive regular reviews and accountability across the team, including detailed performance versus target insights, to ensure the team is equipped to prioritise in an agile manner throughout the year.
- Lead the execution of critical components of the client agreement and daily operations, including stakeholder mapping, funding optimisations, events management, and wraparound support for executive client meetings.
- Drive operational efficiencies in close partnership with the Client Scheme team, through regular iteration of learnings, to increase speed to market.

What We Expect Of You, Day To Day
- Manage the contractual relationship across one of the biggest Signature Accounts in the UK&I market, ensuring stakeholders internally and externally are delivering against contractual commitments.
- Lead the preparation, calibration and monitoring of the Strategic Account Plan and execution roadmaps in partnership with the Account team.
- Understand data and insight requirements across all business areas and working with key stakeholders to productionise delivery.
- Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to monitor and track contractual funds, while managing internal governance forums and external client updates.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and better address client needs by ensuring processes are documented and optimised, with effective controls in place.
- Drive thought leadership by harnessing internal and external insights to develop propositions such as study tours and client market visits.
- Maintain stakeholder mapping and manage governance meetings, including contractual and executive sessions, ensuring strong preparation and tracked deliverables.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
What we're after...
- Good work experience in strategy and operations preferably looking after large accounts within payments.
- Knowledge, experience and commercial understanding of the payments market
- Exemplary project and programme management skills
- Able to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
- Strong self-starter with a willingness to learn and drive a diverse range of strategic initiatives
- Ability to implement independently and collectively through strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Strong storyteller, able to adapt messages to the audience based on objectives, seniority, etc.
- Ability to automate and optimize processes, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate MI into business plans.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in PowerPoint.
