There are no recruiters on Jumpstart so you can connect directly with the hiring teams. Individual interview support - forget awkward group training calls. Receive individual interview support, access training guides and chat to Jumpstart alumni. You’ll have everything you need to land your dream role. Ongoing career growth - landing a role is only the start of your journey with Jumpstart. You’ll join the Jumpstart community (the “best startup community in London”) and gain access to all the tools you need to smash your role. Think mentorship, training & more. On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work. Starting salaries range from £50-60K + equity (DOE). Roles: All roles on our generalist stream are generalist in nature. Regardless of the job title (Ops, Founder’s Associate, Growth Associate etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high-profile strategic projects.

Lots of our alumni started their careers in consulting, finance or similar. Startup or scale-up experience (~3-5 years) - already got some startup or scaleup experience and looking for the next move? We’ll help you find a high-growth generalist role. AI & Automations whizz (~3-5 years) - someone who has founded their own startup or worked in a startup/scaleup who has experience in building workflow automatons, using AI to improve process, & building/running agents
